Creative Starts Learning Center is coming to Oxford, CT! For over half a decade Creative Starts Learning Center has served the families of Stratford, CT, and neighboring communities. The new center conveniently located off Route 67 in Oxford will be operated by our experienced local director and staff. The center will specialize in the development of children six weeks through twelve years old.
